Main Components:
Fe, Si, Nb, B, Cu. The material is initially produced as amorphous strips and then annealed to form a mixed microstructure of microcrystalline and amorphous phases. Despite its low cost, it exhibits excellent magnetic properties, nearly comparable to cobalt-based amorphous alloys. It is an ideal material for industrial and civil mid-to-high-frequency transformers, mutual inductors, and inductors, serving as a next-generation alternative to permalloy and ferrites. Currently, it is the most widely used type of amorphous material.
