To comprehensively enhance the global recognition and international influence of "Dongguan Manufacturing," support local enterprises in expanding overseas markets, stimulate technological innovation, and accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements, the Dongguan Electronics Industry Association will organize enterprises to participate in the **2025 Russia Electronic Components & Instrumentation Exhibition (Radel)**, held in St. Petersburg, Russia, from September 10 to 12, 2025. During the exhibition, the "Dongguan Products" Promotion Event will be held to showcase the regional brand of "Dongguan Manufacturing." This event aims to build a platform for in-depth collaboration between Dongguan enterprises and the international market, creating opportunities for businesses to expand overseas operations. Through exceptional quality and innovative achievements, "Dongguan Manufacturing" will shine even brighter on the global stage.

### **I. Exhibition Overview**  

The Russia Electronic Components & Instrumentation Exhibition (Radel), organized by the Russian Farexpo Exhibition Group, is held annually in St. Petersburg. Having successfully hosted 24 editions, it covers electronic components and smart manufacturing product industrial chains. As a UFI-certified event supported by the Russian government and professional electronic associations, Radel is a representative professional electronics exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe. The 2025 edition will take place from September 10 to 12 in St. Petersburg, with an exhibition area of 8,000 square meters. In terms of the number and significance of Russian exhibitors, Radel is one of the largest international exhibitions for electronic components and instrumentation in Eastern Europe. It has been rated by Russian exhibition industry professionals as the "Best Exhibition in Russia" for all categories of electronic products and instrumentation.

### **II. Event Objectives**  

China has been Russia’s largest trading partner for many consecutive years. Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, the two countries are promoting cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and the initiative, which holds broad prospects for development and will contribute to the common development and prosperity of China and relevant countries and regions. According to data from China’s General Administration of Customs, bilateral trade between China and Russia has already exceeded the $200 billion target ahead of schedule and continues to show a growing trend. Leveraging the high-quality platform of the Radel exhibition, this event will showcase Dongguan enterprises’ premium products and brands to clients, partners, and industry experts from Russia and Central Asia. It aims to enhance the international visibility and reputation of "Dongguan Products," expand overseas market channels, promote exchanges and cooperation between Dongguan enterprises and businesses from Russia and other countries and regions, and drive collective development in the industry.
